Is the ever deminishing speed your PC actually decreasing your productivity?  I have an easy solution.  It’s five letters and the name of a fruit.  Apple.  Many, many people think that they CAN’T use a Mac, either because of incompatability, lack of software, not being about to learn the OS, it is too expensive, or that it can’t do what a PC can.  All of these simply aren’t true and are common misconceptions.  I like to say that if you can add one plus one, you can use a Mac.  Over the next several months or so, I’ll be posting a tip or guide every Friday on how a Mac can do anything and more than your PC can, touching on all the topics I mentioned earlier.  I promise, if you ever try a Mac, you will never want to go back, especially with my tips at your service to make the transition even easier.  This series is to help my readers find what a good computer should be, and I hope it accomplishes that.  My first tip will be posted next Friday, August 22nd, so watch out!

It’s that time of year!  School has just started back yesterday and the homework is already pouring in.  I have a very academicly-based schedule this year, so almost every class is already at full speed ahead.  Parents, please understand, high school is a hard time for kids, so it is helpful to cut your kids some slack, while still supporting their best efforts.  Students, hang in there.  It’ll be over before too long!  School is a fact of life.  Wether you use it to your advantage is a choice, but it’s worth the effort in the end!
